Malinda Pinney, Broker/Owner
Malinda obtained her BS and Master's Degree from Indiana University and has been broker/owner of Chalet Realty since 1973 specializing in lake area property. Malinda is from Goshen and grew up enjoying both Wawasee and Syracuse Lake. She has lived on both lakes since moving to the area in 1972, and knows both of them well.
Rick Pinney, Principal Broker/Owner
Rick graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in business and has been selling lake area residential, investment, and commercial property since becoming broker/owner of Chalet Realty in 1973. Rick is active in the local board of realtors (KBOR) is serving a forth term as member of the B.O.D., is a past president and has been extensively involved with the board MLS. Rick grew up on Syracuse Lake and has lived on Wawasee Lake for over 20 years and is known to have raced E Scows and DN iceboats.
